DELAT is derived from an enzyme responsible of hydrolysing and thus transforming lactose into glucose and galactose. This process increases the digestibility of dairy products and it is suitable for lactose-free cheese making.

Food labelling: lactose-free product.

Dosage:

100 grams of "DELAT" per 100 litres of milk.

Transportation and storage:

The product is suitable for ambient transportation. It must NOT be stored in the cold to avoid the risk of crystallization. The ideal storage temperature is + 6 ° c. All products made at Laboratorio Prodor do not contain GMO, according to European regulation.
