Paste rennet made at Laboratorio Prodor is extracted from suckling goat, lamb or veal abomasum and it is without impurities. The natural colour is white. It doesn’t leave traces in the milk, as it dissolves completely It is 100% natural product; it doesn’t contain aroma forming chemicals or any other food additive. The only preservative is salt (NaCl).
This rennet is particularly indicated for all those cheese that have a spicy taste.
The product is suitable for ambient transportation. It should be kept refrigerated at +4°C. It doesn’t lose milk-clotting power over time.
All products made at Laboratorio Prodor do not contain GMO, according to European regulation.
