Description
Citric acid is a natural preservatives that naturally forms during the fermentation. It can be used in cheese production instead of starter cultures, to add a bit of flavor to mozzarella, ricotta and fresh cheese production. Citric acid produced at Laboratorio Prodor is100% GMO free and gluten free.
DIRECTIONS OF USE:
Dissolve citric acid in water stirring carefully. Add the mixture directly to the milk in dosage of 1,5 grams per liter of milk.
STORAGE:
This product doesn’t require cold chain transportation. Store in original packaging in a cool, dry and dark place.
