Directions of use
Dissolve the product in cold milk; Heat everything to 88°C. Stir carefully and immediately pour the mixture into pudding molds. Then place in the refrigerator (+4°C). The “panna cotta” can be garnished – when ready – with caramel or fruit jam; place the garnish on the bottom of the container and slowly pour the hot panna cotta over it.

Sugar, dextrose, corn starch, coconut vegetable fat, milk proteins, glucose syrup, carrageenan, xanthan gum.

Pudding shelf life
20 days if properly stored at +4° C.

Store the packages in a cool, dry place.
